REPAIR SERVICES

HSI provides complete ISO 9001 certified factory repair services with over 20 years of experience in repairing all types of centrifugal blowers. Because of our large inventory of parts, we are particularly competitive on price and delivery of overhauls and re-rates of Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) machines. All repair work carries a one year warranty same as new. As with our new and remanufactured units, we are successful because we provide the best service in our industry. This means when you call with a repair or resizing inquiry you will get immediate attention from our inside sales people. Once your blower reaches our factory it will be promptly disassembled and inspected and a turnkey quote will be provided. Once the quote is approved, the repair will usually be completed in a few weeks. It is not unusual for us to do expedited deliveries in a week or less! All blowers overhauled in our factory are subject to the same testing prior to shipping as are our new and remanufactured units. All repair work carries a one-year warranty.

REMANUFACTURED HOFFMAN® AND LAMSON® BLOWERS

HSI has been providing remanufactured Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) blowers for over 20 years. These blowers are built to order from our vast inventory of parts and carry a 1 year warranty as our new blower line does. HSI is ISO 9001 Certified in the repair and remanufacturing of these blowers. Because these blowers are built to match your existing blower they are economical solutions to replace or add blowers that are dimensionally and parts interchangeable to your current Hoffman® and Lamson® blowers. We can offer them as bare blower replacements or packaged with complete skids with motors and accessories. In a hurry? NEW REPLACEMENT BLOWERS

HSI is ISO 9001 Certified Manufacturer of “HSI” brand multistage centrifugal and high speed turbo blowers with representatives and installations worldwide. Many of our models have the same flange and shaft positions of popular Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) blower models to make “drop-in” replacement easy and without additional installation costs. You can upgrade to the newest technologies and efficiencies available today without the expense of engineering a new installation. Please call our application engineering group today to assist you. EXCHANGES

Because HSI has a large inventory of HSI manufactured parts for Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) blowers this allows us to manufacture complete blowers from our warehouse to match exactly the model you are currently using. While repairs are often time more economical you may elect to expedite a replacement blower by quoting a core exchange with one of our new HSI blowers or a remanufactured Hoffman® or Lamson® blower.

RE-RATES

HSI provides complete performance application engineering to update and change performance of your existing Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) blower. Due to the design of these type blowers it is very economical to change its performance by replacing impellers and/or adding or deleting stages. As applications change over time or if the blower was originally sized incorrectly you can greatly improve efficiency to maximize your blower performance to the current requirements by re-rating the blower. In addition to re-rating, our applications group could suggest upgrading the control system using the latest control technology available to maximize the blower performance and protection. FIELD SERVICE

HSI provides a wide range of field services for Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) multistage centrifugal blower installations. HSI field services include blower start-ups, troubleshooting, alignments, vibration analysis, field repairs, etc. HSI has been providing these services to a broad base of industrial and municipal customers for over twenty five years. NEW PARTS

HSI maintains a large inventory of new multistage centrifugal blower parts manufactured by HSI for Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) blowers. Our large stock of new blower parts allows us to respond quickly to our customers' parts needs, shipping most parts orders within 24 hours. An additional benefit for those customers requiring complete blowers on an expedited basis is that delivery times can be one week or less. Cast iron housings, impellers, shafts, seals and bearing kits are some of the many multistage blower components we stock in our warehouse

REMANUFACTURED PARTS

HSI maintains a large inventory of remanufactured Hoffman® and Lamson® (Gardner Denver®) multistage centrifugal blower parts, which allows us to quickly meet the needs of our customers. We stock a wide range of remanufactured blower parts, including cast iron housings, impellers, shafts, bearing housings, etc., for almost every Hoffman® and Lamson® model multi-stage centrifugal blower. All parts remanufactured by HSI are thoroughly reconditioned and inspected before they leave our facility. Remanufactured parts are a fast, reliable and economical solution to many maintenance problems

ACCESSORIES

HSI supplies all accessories used in the operation of centrifugal blowers, such as motors, blower controls, filter silencers, filter elements, expansion joints, butterfly valves, check valves, valve actuators, gauges, meters, sensors, couplings, coupling guards, vibration isolation pads and oilers. Many of these items are kept in stock and we can provide technical advice on sizing, troubleshooting and repairing any of these blower accessories

WARRANTY

All remanufactured, repaired, overhauled or re-rated blowers include a 1 year (same as new) warranty from HSI as standard. At HSI we stand behind what we sell.
